The Making Of Halloween Wonderland – Part One

Halloween is only a week away, so it is time to give all of you an update on my “Alice in Wonderland” costume making progress.

As I mentioned in my earlier video, I get to be Alice.
What I didn’t mention was who else gets to be who in my little

“Halloween Wonderland”. (≧▽≦)

Originally my dear husband was supposed to play the role of the Mad Hatter, but as nothing in life ever turns out exactly how one plans it, he will be on a business trip during the time and most likely cannot participate in our Halloween at all this year.

So, instead my eldest son will take over and play that part.

My younger son, is going to be the Cheshire Cat. He complained a little at first, since he was a cat two years ago, but I’m sure, once I am done with his outfit and make-up, he will be very satisfied.

And last, but not least, my little baby girl has been cast for the role of the White Rabbit.

It is her very first Halloween and in today’s video I am showing you the making of her outfit. Enjoy!

As you can hopefully see, a lot of time, effort and love went into this costume. I can’t wait till my little princess wears it. She is going to be so cute!!

  1. That white rabbit costume is adorable. You did a great job on it. I can’t wait to see the finished product with all the costumes together.

On Halloween, I’ll be traveling out of state for a convention. And I created two new cosplays for the convention, so I’m going to be lazy and just wear a shark onesie.

Good luck with your costumes. I’m looking forward to seeing part two of the series.

  2. What a whimsical way to celebrate Halloween. Most likely I will be giving out treats to the 75 or more kids that stop by in my neighborhood. Did add some decor out front but stay with Autumn style, not scary stuff.

  3. Wow, that’s a lot of candy for a lot of kids! 😆 Where I live Halloween is not actually celebrated that much, we have a Halloween party at my younger son’s school that we will go to, but Trick or Treating is not very common here… 😊 But the costume making is usually my favorite part! 🎃🎃🎃
